Help change the world and be a part of our growing team! The profession of being an Applied Behaviour Analyst is fairly new in Malaysia. What more, there is an acute shortage of ABA practitioners in the world over. This is a profession that is all important and yet have varying degrees of practice methods. Attending a three day course in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) WILL not make one an expert in ABA. Our view in ABA as a therapy cannot be compromised and therefore we take it seriously that candidates shall be well trained and qualified in this specialised field.
Our therapists are well trained and supervised by a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). The training is intensive and require long periods of practice and supervision. We are currently the only organisation in Malaysia that has a BCBA to supervise our therapists in ABA for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
To be good in this profession, one has to be very analytical, possess the patience to deal with ASD children and stressed out parents and most of all, the passion to work in such an environment. The rewards can be great, both financially and intangibly.
At Autism Link and in partnership with Autism Partnership, a leading authority in ABA, we aspire to provide the best practice methods and to be a world class organisation in providing ABA therapy to children with ASD.
If you believe you have what it takes to become an all important ABA with a view to become a BCaBA or a BCBA in Malaysia, Autism Link is the place for you. Candidates who have already enrolled or intend to do a Masters' Degree program in ABA are encouraged to apply.
