Mr. Toby Mountjoy
Toby MountjoyToby Mountjoy has been working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) for over 11 years. He has been extensively trained by Dr. Ron Leaf and Dr. John McEachin.
Mr. Mountjoy currently oversees the Hong Kong, Singapore and Tokyo offices , where he is responsible for over 100 staff including psychologists, supervisors and program specialists.
Besides providing home-based and clinic-based treatment models, he has also provided consultation services to school districts in the USA and agencies and families in the Phillipines, Indonesia, Columbia, Vietnam and China. He established the first charitable organization for children with autism in Hong Kong in 1997.
Ms. Zahira Ali
Zahira Ali has a Bachelor’s degree in Life Science and a Master’s in Neuroscience. She first started working as a therapist with children with autism in 1998 after which she joined Autism Partnership in 1999.She has since accrued extensive experience in curriculum development for clients in both individualized and school settings. She has also conducted training workshops both locally (in Hong Kong) and in Singapore. She is currently a supervisor, having attended several training programs at the Los Angeles home office. She is working towards attaining a graduate degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis.
Ms. Clara Poon
Clara Poon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the Western Michigan University. She completed a practicum course providing ABA treatment for children with autism at Croyden Avenue school in Michigan in 2001.
In 2002, Clara joined Autism Partnership and began working as a Program Specialist. From 2004 – 2007, she worked as a program supervisor at the Singapore office. In addition to providing one-on-one treatment and case supervision, she is also responsible for staff training, parent training, group teaching and overseas consultation. Clara also receives on- going training and supervision from Dr. Ron Leaf and Dr. John McEachin at the Los Angeles office.
